Esmeralda Ponce Ramirez, BSN, RN is the founder of SkinRN Lab and a Registered Nurse with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, natural looking results through personalized aesthetic care.
Throughout her nursing career, Esmeralda has had the opportunity to work with patients of diverse skin types, concerns, and aesthetic goals in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and wellness medicine. This experience has allowed her to develop a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment understanding that every patient's skin is unique and deserves a customized plan tailored to their goals.
She believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing confidence, not changing who you are. By combining evidence based treatments with a gentle, artistic approach, Esmeralda focuses on creating results that look refreshed, balanced, and naturally beautiful.

Dr. Urias began his work in aesthetics in 2019, developing a strong focus on achieving harmonious outcomes that enhance - rather than alter — a patient's natural identity. His clinical experience includes a wide range of procedures such as injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF), fat grafting, and ultrasound-guided techniques designed to ensure safe, predictable results.
Having completed a fellowship in plastic surgery, Dr. Urias continues to pursue ongoing education in emerging aesthetic technologies and best practices. His philosophy centers on combining surgical precision with a deep respect for patient individuality and natural form.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Urias partners with med spas that share his commitment to ethical care, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
